Bookkeeping and GST
The PAG Bookkeeping Service is provided at three levels depending on the needs of your business:
1. Level One – Training of staff
For those wishing to have their staff provide accurate, relevant and timely information
- Set up of your bookkeeping package to maximise its function
- Chart of accounts to reflect your business and its industry
- Staff to be trained in use of the product on site
- Systems and procedures for bookkeeping (as part of the overall administration function) to be implemented and checklist for bookkeeping staff to follow
2. Level Two – Share the load
For those wishing to enter the data and have a PAG representative finalise the data
- Set up of bookkeeping package to most easily input data.
- Initial training in basic data entry
- Data to be periodically (eg monthly or quarterly) exported to PAG offices for reconciliation and review
- BAS and IAS prepared from periodic data provided
3. Level Three - Outsource the bookkeeping function
For those wishing to devote their time to what they do best
- PAG representative to work on site as regularly as required
- Recording of transactions, bank reconciliations, debtors and creditors
- Pay-roll function and superannuation reporting
- Completion of BAS and IAS
